ADDING FUNDS

Deposit Into Your six6c Account

Putting money into your account starts from the Deposit tab inside your signed-in wallet area. We support bKash and Bank Transfer as the active methods for Bangladesh — select the one that matches how you want to move money. For bKash, you will see the wallet number and a reference code on screen; complete the send on your bKash app using those details exactly. Bank Transfer shows the account details and the reference you need to include in the transfer note.

  • Open the Deposit Tab

Log in and go to your account wallet. Select Deposit to see the active payment methods available for your account.

  • Choose bKash or Bank Transfer

Pick bKash to get a wallet number and reference code, or choose Bank Transfer to see the account details and transfer note required.

  • Complete the Payment

Send the amount through your bKash app or your bank using only the reference shown. Do not change the amount after confirming on our screen.

  • Balance Confirmation

After the payment provider confirms the transaction, your six6c balance updates. Check the Transaction History tab to see the status.

TAKING MONEY OUT

Withdraw Funds Back to Your Wallet

Withdrawals go back to the same payment method you used to deposit — bKash or Bank Transfer. Head to the Withdraw tab in your account wallet and enter the amount you want to move out. The screen will ask for the destination wallet number or bank account details; fill in only what is shown there, and make sure the number matches the account registered under your name. If your account has a pending verification step, the screen will show that before letting you proceed — complete it first.

  • Open the Withdraw Tab

Go to your wallet and select Withdraw. The screen shows your available balance and the payment methods open for outgoing transfers.

  • Enter the Destination Details

Type the bKash number or bank account details where you want the money sent. These must match the name on your six6c account.

  • Confirm the Request

Review the amount and destination before confirming. Note the reference number shown on the confirmation screen for your records.

  • Track the Status

Your Transaction History shows the current status of the withdrawal. If the status does not change as expected, contact account support with your reference number.

ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

Completing Your Account Check on six6c

Some account actions — including withdrawals above a certain threshold — will prompt a verification step inside your account area. The fields and documents you need to provide are shown directly on the verification screen; we do not require anything beyond what that screen asks.

  • Check Your Account Area

Log in and open the account or wallet section. Any pending verification step appears as a notice here before you can proceed with certain actions.

  • Follow the On-Screen Fields

The verification screen lists exactly what is needed. Complete each field as shown and upload only the documents it asks for — nothing more.

  • Wait for the Status Update

After submission, the status shows as pending until the check is complete. You can see the current state from your account page without needing to resubmit.

  • Contact Support if Needed

If a step is unclear or the status has not moved, reach out through the account support route. Have your account reference ready when you do.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment Methods on six6c

We have two active payment rails for Bangladesh accounts: bKash and Bank Transfer. Both are available for deposits and withdrawals from your account wallet. The exact options shown depend on your account status and the action you are completing — check the deposit or withdraw screen inside your account for what is currently open to you.

  • bKash

Send and receive via your bKash mobile wallet. Use the number and reference shown on the six6c deposit screen.

  • Bank Transfer

Transfer directly from your Bangladesh bank account. Use the account details and reference note shown at the time of the transaction.

TRANSACTION RECORDS

Matching Your Wallet History to Your six6c Account

Every deposit and withdrawal you make generates a record on both sides — in your bKash or bank history and in your six6c Transaction History tab. When the two sides show different statuses, comparing the reference numbers is the fastest way to identify what happened. Keep the reference shown on the six6c confirmation screen until the transaction status in your account shows as completed.

  • Reference Numbers

Six6c generates a reference for each transaction at the point of confirmation. Write it down or screenshot it — it is the primary match key when comparing records with your bank or bKash history.

  • Status Labels

Your Transaction History uses status labels such as pending, processing, and completed. A status that stays on pending longer than expected is the signal to check your wallet history and contact support with the reference.

  • Account History Tab

The Transaction History tab inside your account shows every deposit and withdrawal with its date, amount, method, and current status. Filter by date to find a specific entry quickly.

  • Evidence to Keep

Hold onto your bKash send confirmation or bank transfer receipt until the matching six6c record shows completed. If a dispute arises, that receipt plus the six6c reference number is what account support will ask for.

How We Protect Your Transactions and Account
ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS

How We Protect Your Transactions and Account

Account security on six6c starts with verifying that you are using the correct domain — six6c — before you enter any login details or make a payment. Phishing pages often copy the look of a real site; check the address bar each time. Beyond domain checks, we tie payment actions to the identity details on your registered account, which means a withdrawal can only go to a wallet or bank account in your name.

  • Domain Check

Always confirm the address bar shows six6c before logging in or making any payment. Bookmark the correct address so you are not relying on a search result each time. A wrong domain is the most common entry point for account compromise.

  • Identity on File

Your account is tied to the identity details you registered with. Withdrawals go only to payment methods that match your registered name — this limits the risk of funds leaving your account to an unintended destination.

  • Wallet Ownership

When adding or confirming a bKash number or bank account for withdrawal, make sure it belongs to you. Submitting someone else's details will cause the withdrawal to fail verification and may flag the account for review.

  • Support Route

If you suspect unauthorized access or a transaction you did not initiate, contact support through the account help section on six6c. Have your account reference and the transaction reference ready. Do not use links sent by message or email that you did not request.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Banking Questions on six6c

These are the questions we see most often about depositing, withdrawing, and managing your account wallet on six6c. If your situation is not covered here, the account support section has direct help.

How do I deposit using bKash on six6c?

Log in, go to the Deposit tab in your wallet, and select bKash. The screen shows a wallet number and reference code. Send the amount through your bKash app using exactly those details. Your balance updates once the transfer is confirmed by bKash.

Which payment methods are available for withdrawals?

Withdrawals go through bKash or Bank Transfer, the same rails used for deposits. The method shown on your Withdraw screen depends on your account status. Funds are sent only to a wallet or bank account registered in your name.

What do I do if my deposit is not showing in my account?

Check your bKash or bank history to confirm the payment went through and that you used the correct reference. Then open your Transaction History on six6c and look at the status. If it shows no record, contact account support with the transaction reference and your payment receipt.

Is there a minimum amount for withdrawals?

The minimum is shown on the Withdraw screen inside your account at the time you make the request. We do not publish a fixed figure here because it can depend on the method and your account status — check the screen directly for what applies to you.

Why is my withdrawal taking longer than expected?

Withdrawals move through our processing queue and then through bKash or the bank network. If the status in your Transaction History has not updated, note the reference number from your withdrawal confirmation and contact account support to check the current state.

What verification does six6c require before I can withdraw?

If your account has a pending check, the Withdraw screen will show a notice before letting you proceed. Complete the fields and upload only what the screen asks for. Once the check clears, your withdrawal request can go through without the hold.
